Likewise, Relationship-Makeover.com has been modeled after the incredibly successful teaching and therapy processes that Norm and Neva Quantz have developed for clients and students resulting in remarkable, outstanding personal and relational freedom. The difference is that to excel at a comprehensive Relationship Makeover, it takes a thorough, deep, personal work over time. You can’t just bring 100 people together for a week and rebuild a relationship. We are intentionally different than the typical quick fix solutions offered in other relationship websites.

Q? Can I purchase only one Phase?
A. Yes, as long as you do so in order from Phase One to Four.

A. You will have an opportunity to request a particular one. Final selection will depend on issues such as availability, matched skills to your specified needs and the timing of when you open your account with Relationship-Makeover.com.
Q? Can another person (Example: My spouse or business partner) take it along with me? What would it cost?
A. They can participate in a limited way. When you and/or your Professional Relationship Counselor (PRC) want to have input from your spouse or business partner, they can be invited to participate in some counseling sessions and/or submit some material that would be of assistance to your Relationship Makeover process. Your PRC will advise you on the details for your particular situation and if there will be additional hours that need to be purchased. If others want to have their own Relationship Makeover, they need to register on their own.
Q? Is there a guarantee?
A. Yes! We guarantee a refund of any paid fee for the Phase or portion thereof for which we were unable to deliver services in a timely manner as stated in our Terms of Use.
Plus we will provide quality service and excellence in our effort to make your Relationship Makeover a resounding success. However, since we are not fully in control of how you will participate in the process, we cannot guarantee the results. Be assured, based on our track record with previous clients, those, who intentionally and willingly pursued wholeness in their life and relationships, were able to accomplish their Relationship Makeover.
Unfortunately, those who quit along the way were either not ready or unwilling to move forward. In these cases we guarantee that at the end of each Phase, if there is a significant lack of movement or motivation in the client, our team will advise the client to postpone taking the next Phase until they are ready. - Received their Certificate of Qualification to be a PRC with Relationship-Makeover.com
Q? I'm a fast learner. What if I don't need as much counseling time as designated by the hours listed?
A. It takes comprehension, time, life events and feedback with your PRC to fully determine if you have caught the concepts enough to be practicing them on a regular basis within your relationships. Estimates of how fast a person learns are often based on the ability to reiterate information. Evaluation of speed of learning is determined by more than reiteration of key concepts. Learning, living and proficiency require time and effort that is not easily pre-determined. This is a difficult process. Most tend to underestimate what it takes for a Relationship-Makeover.
After years of successes we have developed the Relationship-Makeover.com process to specifically provide each client with the maximum chance for a successful Relationship Makeover. Short-changing yourself by not fully using the PRC at your disposal is entirely an individual’s personal choice. However it is not recommended nor is there any refund available to those who choose such a course of action.
